We applied our new technology to each of the five layers of the gusset used in our incontinence underwear.

① Hexagonal Fine Processing on Input Layer

We used hexagonal-shaped material for the input layer to increase the rate of absorption and diffusion speed to ensure the incontinence underwear won’t feel damp.

The antibacterial function of the gusset’s input layer makes the skin-adhesive surface more hygienic and safer to use.


② Dual Leak Prevention Structure

Our new patented technology doubles the leakage prevention effect. We applied the technology to the entire surface of the gusset to achieve perfect leakage prevention.

We applied our new patented bonding technology to the entire surface of the input layer of the gusset to perfectly block and prevent even the smallest leaks. This keeps the fold-over waistband soft and dry.


③ Super Slim Gusset

SALIB’s gusset has a bonding surface thickness of 0.94mm, which is roughly 67% thinner than sewn gussets. Our gusset will not irritate the intimate area as the gusset does not stick to the skin.

④ Leak-Proof Nano-Layer

The application of new nanomembrane technology gives the product excellent ventilation and makes it 100% leak-proof. The technology stacks nanofibers 1/100th the thickness of hair as opposed to using low-cost PU-coated tarpaulin.

⑤ Antibacterial and Deodorizing Properties

We made our gussets safer and more hygienic by applying three antibacterial functions to the input layer as well as the primary and secondary absorbent layers. We also applied a dual deodorizing function to the primary and secondary absorbent layers.




⑥ Completed a Safety Verification Test

We have applied for a patent for our leakage prevention technology, the core technology used to create our incontinence gusset. All layers, from the input layer to the outer portion that comes in contact with the skin, have passed a safety test conducted by an accredited institution. The test evaluated the rate of absorption, drying speed, and antibacterial and deodorizing properties for each layer.



Our products have passed the five standards of the strict KC (Korea Certification) certification process : PH, Organotin Compound, Formaldehyde, allergic dye, and arylamine.
We also acquired the KC mark for all of the meticulous children’s product safety standards as well as the national integrated certification KC mark.
